ارزیابی شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار در بازآفرینی گردشگری کلانشهر تهران (مناطق مورد مطالعه: 1 و 12)

چکیده

تبیین موضوع: در حال حاضر موضوع بازآفرینی فضای شهری در گردشگری کلانشهرها از نظر برنامه­ ریزان شهری و سیاست­ گذاران از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این مقاله، ارزیابی شاخص­ های تأثیرگذار در بازآفرینی گردشگری کلانشهر تهران می­ باشد.
 روش: مقاله حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی - تحلیلی می­ باشد. برای بی ­مقیاس ­سازی شاخص ­های بازآفرینی از روش آنتروپی شانون استفاده شده ­است. سپس شاخص ­های بازآفرینی، با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس و آزمون تی تک­ نمونه­­ ای اولویت­ بندی می ­شوند.
یافته‎ ها: یافته ­ها نشان می ­دهد با استفاده از مدل تاپسیس از نظر کارشناسان شاخص عملکردی، زیبایی ­شناختی، زیست­ محیطی با وزن 0/63 بیشترین سهم و شاخص اجتماعی با وزن 0/38 و همچنین شاخص اقتصادی با وزن 0/12 کمترین سهم را در بازآفرینی فضای گردشگری شهری در مناطق مورد مطالعه دارا هستند. همچنین با توجه به آزمون تی تک ­نمونه ­ای از دید خبرگان و کارشناسان، نتایج این آزمون نیز نشان می­ دهد که با در نظر گرفتن آلفای 0/05 در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد در هر سه عامل عملکردی، زیبایی­ شناختی، زیست­ محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی به عنوان متغیر مستقل کمتر از 0/05 بوده است.
نتایج: نتیجه آزمون تی تک ­نمونه ­ای نیز گویای امتیازات دقیق شاخص‌های بازآفرینی فضای گردشگری تأییدکننده نتایج حاصل از پیاده‌ سازی تکنیک TOPSIS می‌باشد. در نهایت در این فرضیه تأکید بر آن است که عوامل عملکردی، زیبایی­ شناختی، زیست­ محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در بازآفرینی فضای گردشگری مناطق مورد مطالعه مؤثر بوده اما به نظر می‌رسد که عامل عملکردی، زیبایی ­شناختی، زیست­ محیطی از سهم و نسبت بیشتری در بازآفرینی فضای گردشگری مناطق مورد مطالعه برخوردارند.
