Abstract

Introduction: Redevelopment is one of the most effective tools of sustainable development, which brings new life to areas that have been developed in the past, but currently suffer from real or perceived physical defects such as inefficient spaces or environmental pollution. Takes
Data and Method: The current research is applied research in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The collection of information has been completed through library methods and observation of the current situation in the study area. Arc GIS 10.8 software has been used to analyze the distribution of brown and gray lands and prepare a map and display information.
Results: After overlapping the desired layers of brown and gray land sites in Kerman City, this article has classified these lands into five groups of brown lands and two groups of gray lands and provided suggestions to compensate for the lack of land uses. The need in each region is to improve the existing situation and redevelop brown and gray lands in regions 3 and 4 of Kerman city.
Conclusion: The results show that the total brown land in Region 3 is about 9% of the area and in Region 4 is about 11% of the area, and in the same proportion, the total gray land in Region 3 is about 12% and in region 4 is about 23%. They cover the areas.
