The construction of green spaces and neighborhood parks primarily affects the mental health of citizens, so measures should be taken before building a park to meet the needs and desires of residents as much as possible, considering different age groups in the neighborhood and their priority in using the park and park furniture, as well as pathology before building the park. This research was conducted with the aim of creating a pocket park in the Jomhuri and Baharestan neighborhoods. The descriptive-analytical research method was used to collect information using a survey and questionnaire. Data processing was carried out using SPSS software in the form of graphs, tables, and statistical tests. The results of the research showed that the residents of Jomhuri neighborhood consider the creation of a pocket park as an important need, because the effect of green space on providing peace, comfort, and their physical and mental health is important.
