Abstract
Introduction: High-rise buildings, which are the result of increasing urbanization and lack of suitable land, have been very popular in recent decades, so that the growth of these buildings, along with positive effects, has limitations and threats such as social and cultural. are facing According to the research problem, the present research examines and evaluates the social and cultural life of residents of high-rise buildings in the northern regions of Isfahan (regions 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14).
Data and Method: The research method is descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method and practical in terms of purpose. The required information has been collected through library and field studies (questionnaires of citizens and experts). The statistical population includes the residents of the northern regions of Isfahan (regions 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14) as well as experts in the field (municipality, road and urban planning) who were randomly selected through random sampling of 384 residents and also from 75 experts were selected through the Delphi method. In order to analyze information from a sample T-Tech test, factor analysis and decision-making techniques of Swara and Mabak, and to better display the status of high-ranking in the social and cultural index, from the spatial distribution of hotspots, IDW and analysis A cluster is used in GIS format
In general, it can be concluded that by improving the quality of life in high-rise buildings in the northern areas of Isfahan city, the sense of belonging and vitality in these buildings can be increased.
